We had an really good stay at a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location was tucked away, providing a peaceful atmosphere amidst the bustling streets. Our spacious room was super clean with a comfortable bed and well-functioning air conditioner. The staff were very good, our towels were changed daily. The rooftop terrace, though it could have been cleaner, offered a relaxing space to unwind. we highly recommend this hotel for its value and great location.

The staff took the time to show us all the different things to do in Vietnam and helped us plan the rest of our journey. The room was nice and clean, and despite being close to the center, it was still quiet. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again!

The hotel was situated in a convenient location, close to the city center and tucked away in a quiet courtyard. the room was spacious and kept immaculately clean by the friendly staff. They even provided fresh towels every day. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They prepared a delicious breakfast and gave us valuable tips on where to find good food, shopping, and must-see places in the city.
Although the rooftop terrace had great potential, it could have been cleaner, especially during the Tet celebration. given the circumstances, I understand that it may have been challenging for the hotel to maintain full services at that time.

Great location in a bustling area with a local feel and easy access to transportation. Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to arranging rooms near each other for our family. We appreciated their efforts to make our stay more enjoyable.
Water pressure and temperature on the fifth floor were inconsistent, with the water often not being warm enough in the mornings. , the entrance to the hotel was not clearly marked and could be difficult to find, causing some confusion upon arrival.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided such as towels, soap, toothbrushes, and a hairdryer. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us information on the best sights to see and even allowing us to store our luggage on our last day before our train journey. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a fridge stocked with water and beers, a convenient touch.
Finding the hotel was a bit difficult due to its location hidden behind other buildings. It would have been helpful if there were clearer directions provided beforehand.

Personally, I found the showers a bit small. But hey, that's just me.
